If you would like to drop off your application in person, you may do so at the above address during normal business hours. District offices are open Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm. The office is closed between noon and 1:00 pm daily.
Selection Process
The Mountain House CSD is not currently accepting resumes instead of an original application. However, you may submit a resume along with a completed application as additional information for consideration for currently open positions. Applications are screened, and the most qualified candidates are invited to continue in the recruitment process. The Mountain House CSD reserves the right to test an applicant in any manner related to the vacancy to determine eligibility. The recruitment process may include any or all of the following examination steps:
- Written Test
- Practical Test
- Oral Board Assessment
- Assessment Center
- Physical Fitness Test
- For certain positions, the top candidate(s) must consent to a background investigation.
- All successful candidates must pass a pre-employment drug screening. In some cases, a pre-employment physical and/or a psychological assessment may also be conducted.
- An appointment is contingent upon the candidate's ability to provide eligibility to work in the United States.
