The Business Administration Department oversees the financial and business aspects of running the Mountain House Community Services District. The Department administers public funds and maintains financial records.
Administrative Services Director
Reports to: General Manager
Sarah Ragsdale brings to the District over thirty years of experience in financial and administrative services. She has worked for private industry, municipalities, and special districts. As Administrative Services Director, Sarah oversees financial and reporting functions, customer service and utility billing, and information technology and communications.
The goals of the Administrative Services Department include maintaining the financial integrity of the District’s resources and providing excellent customer service to the community and our colleagues.
Sarah received an undergraduate degree in history from Loyola University of Chicago, completed course work at California State University, Stanislaus to obtain her CPA license, and received a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Arkansas. Whenever possible, she enjoys time with her three grandchildren.
